Your role As one of estara’s Operations Supervisors, you will work closely with our dedicated In-home and Community Support team, focussing on our impact across Greater Adelaide. Day-to-day, you will provide operational oversight and guidance for our client services team, ensuring the seamless provision of high-quality support to our clients. Your expertise in person-centred support and safeguarding will respond to the evolving NDIS landscape, empowering our clients’ choice and control.
