ICT Customer Support Officer
* Permanent, Full-time position
* Work hours: 38 hours per week
* Salary $73,150 to $80,000 per year plus superannuation
Casphone is looking for a qualified ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, English speaking, articulate person to fill the role.
Job Duties:
* Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
* Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
* Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
* Installing and downloading appropriate software
* Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
* Implementing computer networks
* Designing and maintaining websites
* Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, and modems
* May work in a call centre
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a similar ICT customer support role
* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an ICT Customer Support Officer or similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
* Experience with ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking technologies
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
