We’re seeking a self-motivated and confident Customer Service Representative, to join our Brickworks SA office in Golden Grove, South Australia.
Reporting to the Customer Service and Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of Brickworks SA as a front-line representative, while ensuring customer service policy is applied to each customer or potential customer.
You will also be responsible for internal sales representing and selling Brickworks products within the residential, reseller and small builder market.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Provide friendly and professional advice on our range of products.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to serve a diverse customer base.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify potential customers and establish new accounts.
• Ensure prompt and courteous responses to sales inquiries via various channels.
• Process and verify sales orders with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers and sales reps to ensure accurate pricing.
• Organise sales call schedules and maintain the CRM database.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and effectiveness.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with WHSE policies and procedures.
Success Requirements
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience or knowledge of the Building/Construction industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and the sales process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and the ability to excel under pressure.
• Cert 3 or 4 qualification in a related field preferred but not essential.
