Opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to put your stamp on this organisation's digital and clinical applications. Your previous experience in the health applications space will see you take the lead as the sole Solution Architect. SALARY OFFERING – Up to $150K superannuation and salary packaging options Role and responsibilities: Co-develop and maintain the architecture of the digital health platform and clinical information systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Lead the integration of core health record systems with other clinical and administrative systems, ensuring data consistency and interoperability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IT team, ensuring best practices in system design and implementation. Implement robust security measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and legislation. Act as a feedback mechanism to the product groups and development teams on features and functionalities; build solid and well-respected relationships with peer levels in these groups. Collaborate at a program level to ensure strategic alignment of solutions to business drivers Skills and Experience Required: Expertise in integrating EMR systems with other clinical and administrative systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Public, Private and Hybrid) for deploying and managing clinical communication and information systems. Knowledge and use of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for developing and customising EMR solutions. Familiarity with healthcare standards and protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR) for data exchange and interoperability. Enterprise middleware environments and integration (Rest APIs), HL7 messaging between clinical systems & devices.
