Drives success by understanding customer use cases and crafting technical solutions utilizing the Informatica Data Management Cloud. Educating both customers and internal stakeholders about the Informatica value proposition, engaging in in-depth architectural discussions, and ensuring that solutions are optimized for successful deployment and usage in the cloud. Proactively learns and actively contributes to a growth mindset. As a mentor to team members, plays a role in developing collective selling assets, knowledge repositories, and enablement materials. Contributes to pipeline generation through the delivery of technical workshops, active participation in social media promotions, content creation for external dissemination, and involvement in industry marketing events. Serves as a channel for feedback to the product management team and will support the Customer Success team through collaboration and supporting customer nurture activities to drive consumption. This role covers ANZ and can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne where we have offices and a hybrid environment.Primary area of responsibility will include:Theater: The Solution Architect will function as the main technical contact for the customer and will report into specific theaters, areas, or regions.Partner: The Solution Architect will focus on the enablement and success of Informatica channel or GSI partners.
