About the RoleThe Workplace Experience (WE) Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team and will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies and procedures employed at the local offices to deliver a best in class experience for personnel and clients of the firm, whether remote or in-person, while creating development plans that are aligned with business needs and individual development needs. The WE Manager in our Washington, D.C. office will lead the strategic and day-to-day operation of the WE department, in collaboration with a peer manager. This role’s focus includes, but is not limited to: hospitality services, developing and implementing space management strategies, capital projects, interdepartmental collaboration, facilities management contractor oversight, print and logistics contractor oversight, and department standard operating procedures.
