We are looking for our next Logistics Admin Assistant team member to join our team at the Laverton North warehouse! This is a 12-month contract, full-time position.
This is an entry level position. Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm.
Job tasks and responsibilities Aid in data analysis of inventory levels across all warehouses and provide insights into any potential issues or inefficiencies. Operation system support - ensuring they are functioning efficiently and smooth logistics operations. Support the Global Logistics team in any other administrative and logistics-related duties as required from time to time. To be successful you will need Australian working rights. Advanced capabilities in the use of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to advanced formulas and pivot tables. Basic PowerPoint skills. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Analysis skills. High attention to detail and an obsession for data quality. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
