Job Description
As a Client Engagement Consultant for a Public Sector Technology project, you will play a critical role in the organization's Digital Transformation program. You will lead the delivery of initiatives to establish the Digital Front Door, a centralized platform designed to enhance community engagement with services.
This platform aims to provide an intuitive and seamless experience, enabling residents and businesses to access information, engage with services, and complete transactions more efficiently and effectively.
You will also support the establishment of a Digital Project Management Office (Digital PMO), implementing best-practice project management frameworks to guide the successful delivery of digital projects.
Your leadership will be essential in realizing the organization's vision of a digitally enabled future that prioritizes customer needs and creates lasting value for the community.
The client is offering a day-rate contract with a daily rate of up to $940+Super per day. This is a 12-month contract opportunity to support a large Sydney-based Local Government Authority embarking on a Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Transformation journey.
The organization's goal is to develop organizational and technology-based capabilities that will allow them to reimagine and continuously improve their CX, creating the best possible customer experience for the community.
The organization's new Digital Transformation division is at the forefront of driving this strategy, designing and delivering innovative solutions across the entire customer experience.
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience delivering Digital Transformation initiatives with a sound understanding of digital products, Human Centred Design and CX.
* Proven expertise in managing complex projects, with a strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
* Able to integrate future planning with human-centred design, lean principles, and agile delivery methods.
* A self-starter mindset, capable of driving projects forward and making key decisions independently.
* Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams and diverse stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
