And with a new fleet of state-of-the-art aircraft, plus new routes being added, the sky's the limit. As our new Project Manager - Uniform Lead, you will be responsible for the management of Jetstar uniforms for pilots, cabin crew and airports, across our global network.
You will be the primary point of contact for managing and resolving the unique challenges of the global uniform, ensuring a cohesive and professional presentation across our teams in all regions.
Reporting to the Senior Global Brand Lead, your responsibilities will include: Acting as the official contract owner for the uniform supplier, ensuring they meet all contractual obligations, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Jetstar Japan, Jetstar Asia and Jetstar Airways to develop and implement processes that guarantee seamless, consistent delivery Ensuring the designer-led collection is fit for purpose, finding solutions to issues and improving sustainability by running wearer trials, risk assessments and stakeholder consultation to trial new garments and fabrics Ready for your next adventure?
To succeed in this role we are seeking the following skills and experience: 10+ years working in project management Background in uniforms or similar essential Proven experience leading large-scale, transformational projects across multiple functions and business units Strong budget management skills, with experience forecasting and managing spend Expertise in vendor management and conducting complex negotiations Ability to present to and influence senior internal stakeholders Experience working with and influencing external stakeholders, including unions Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and address issues early Ability to manage a broad scope of tasks and priorities, balancing short-term critical tasks with long-term strategic planning Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Applications close: Thursday 28th November Your life at Jetstar is unlike any other Live the travel dream: You and your nominated travel companions can takeoff more with our famous Qantas Group Staff Travel discount.
