About The Role
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, KPIs, and team development within your store. You must be an autonomous and proactive leader responsible for creating brand awareness throughout the commercial, residential, and retail clientele across Tweed.
Skills & Experience
1. Previous Retail Management Experience within a consultative environment
2. Previous experience in trades, electrical, or homeware industry is highly regarded
3. Previous experience managing a minimum team of 5
4. Ability to meet, drive and exceed KPI's
5. Exceptional customer service with a focus on creating a unique and rewarding experience for all
6. A strong ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the store as though it was your own
7. Previous experience in coaching and developing teams to deliver sales success
8. Strong communication skills both verbally and written
9. Strong organisational skills with outstanding time management skills
10. Proven ability to deliver excellent operational management
11. Successful operation of all aspects of the store performance
12. Strong visual merchandising skills
13. High attention to detail
