Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to; Working closely with the site supervisors to support operational matters. Providing adhoc Recruitment support and onboarding of new starters. Support the management team with policy and procedure development. Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, performance management and disciplinaries. Driving best practice and conducting internal investigations when required. Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests. Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders. Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations. As an ideal applicant, you will have; Previous experience within a similar capacity. Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on performance management, disciplinaries and recruitment. Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail. Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources. Outstanding communication style and ability. Excellent use of own initiative. Opportunities for you; Bunbury location.
