NRW Civil & Mining have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Document Controller to join our team.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following as a minimum: Experience in Document Control Systems and software including, but not limited to SharePoint, InEight Document, Aconex, Asite, Rib CX and/or Documentum.
Proficient with modern IT applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook and Teams.
Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and programs.
Proven history contributing to a team effort in a project environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload.
Tenacious and hardworking attitude with high attention to detail.
Experience in the Construction and/or Mining sectors would be desirable.
As a Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Administering and maintaining the NRW Project Document Management System.
Receiving, checking and uploading of client documentation into the NRW System and the redistribution of documentation to project team members and subcontractors/consultants.
Formatting of documentation prior to submission.
Training NRW employees on the Project Document Management System.
Liaising with clients/subcontractors on document control matters.
Preparing project document control reports.
Assisting with project archiving.
