We have an exciting opportunity in the following territory:
Sydney North As an Integrated Sales Representative, you will be sales driven and self-motivated with a strong customer focus. Your role will specialise in Primary Care. This role will include some country territory travel.
Responsibilities include:Delivery of sales and activity KPIs and targets as well as quality KPI measuresTimely management of administrative tasksReporting on sales, activity and territory performance as requiredDeveloping, maintaining and applying a high level of product knowledgePromoting designated products according to strategies and selling messages, including planned contact with key customersDelivering presentations to groups of HCPs at journal clubs, MDTs and in servicesManage a territory business plan that identifies growth opportunities and has an associated action plan with SMART goalsFoster and build key clinical and commercial stakeholder relationships.Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a scientific field essentialNursing Degree ideal but not essentialHospital experience is highly desirableMedicines Australia CEP completed or will be completed within relevant time periodProven track record of exceeding sales targetsIT savvy and proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Doc, Slides) Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Skills & Attributes:High level of therapeutic disease state/clinical knowledge based selling skillsExcellent Team contributorExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExemplary customer service skillsHigh level of enthusiasm and motivationAbility to work independently within a team environmentUnquestionable integrity, and positive attitudeEnthusiastic and self-motivated nature.Who we are:A.Menarini is a subsidiary of Italy based Menarini Group, a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering differentiated healthcare consumer and ethical brands.
