To prepare for new galleries, our Corporate Management Group initiated a business transformation program to plan for transitioning to the new work environment and review our operating model to reflect a more contemporary organization.
You will report to the MET Program Manager and be responsible for delivering agreed and scoped projects. You will contribute to discussions on project budget and resources, and manage project deliverables including ensuring tasks are delivered on time and tracked.
Your key duties include:
* Collaborating with IT teams to undertake project management activities.
* Setting strategic plans to meet project goals.
* Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
* Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
* Ensuring tasks are progressed in line with agreed expectations.
* Liaising with stakeholders to identify and report on project risks.
* Reporting on project progress and status.
