We have achieved BIG things because we have big DREAMS! The Network is set for significant growth, and we are looking for a Senior Lead to drive growth in our Canberra office.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Company Director, you’ll step into a pivotal role as The Network’s ACT Lead leveraging the various ICT panels we have access to in order to deliver high-quality ICT recruitment and workforce services to our customers including the Dept of Defence, Federal Government, ACT government, and a wide range of commercial customers.
Your primary focus will be customer engagement with both new and existing mid-large enterprise businesses, building and nurturing strong relationships, and positioning The Network’s seven service lines to secure permanent and contingent opportunities. With the support of our national talent delivery team, you will have delivery support to enable you to focus on client engagement and maximizing every customer across all of their ICT recruitment and workforce needs.
You will take a Senior Lead position initially overseeing 3 staff with growth to expand the ACT team to 12 staff. Your role will grow with a career path to ACT GM. This is a “hands-on” leadership role which includes business and account development, search and selection of IT talent, interviewing, contract and offer negotiation, strategic market mapping, customer proposals, leadership, and mentoring.

* Building a sales pipeline and applying activity metrics knowing the results they will deliver.
* Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to structure and prioritize opportunities.
* Goal-oriented and highly motivated to be successful.
* Technology savvy and willing to adopt tech tools to disrupt the way recruitment is done.
* Contribute to our industry-hosted events, podcasts, and market engagement initiatives.
* Strong people leadership skills.
