Working in a collaborative environment, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Indian dishes, maintaining our commitment to authentic flavors and creativity.Key responsibilities include:- Preparing and cooking a wide variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoor items, and specialty dishes.- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency in every dish.- Developing and testing new recipes to contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings.- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met at all times.- Managing kitchen operations, including ordering and stock management.Requirements include:- Proven experience as a Chef, ideally specializing in Indian cuisine.- Strong understanding of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong teamwork and communication skills.In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation and support for professional growth and development.
