We're looking for an Events Coordinator to support the delivery of an engaging internal events program that brings people together through memorable experiences-from national conferences to educational trips and regional events.
Based in East Perth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-led organisation in the travel sector.
You'll work closely with a contracted PCO, internal teams, venues, sponsors, and delegates to deliver seamless and high-quality events that connect, inform, and inspire.
The Purpose of the Role To coordinate the delivery of internal events across Australia, including the national conference, state-based meetings, and travel educationals.
This role plays a key part in creating meaningful networking and learning opportunities for stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of a national conference, including communication with sponsors, delegates, and PCO partners Manage venue sourcing, registration tracking, agendas, and onsite logistics for state and member meetings Deliver end-to-end support for travel educational trips and reward programs Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, run sheets, and communications Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery Update conference websites, apps, and other digital platforms with relevant content Support onsite coordination and lead post-event wrap-up, including surveys and reporting Ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate guidelines across all event assets Represent the business at industry functions and events when required Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support other projects as needed About You You'll bring a proactive, resourceful, and detail-focused approach to event coordination, along with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll also have: A degree or diploma in Events Management or a related discipline Proven experience in events coordination in a professional setting Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning CRM and CMS platforms High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills A professional, customer-focused mindset Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet tight deadlines A willingness to travel for nominated projects and events A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for creating standout event experience.
