Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma in Finance.
* Required with Project Management experience that will help the business as it expands and grows.
* Required with strong customer service and leadership experience. Adept in dealing with diverse customers.
* Excellent and clear communication skills.
* Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services as a Mortgage Broker or a Parabroker.
* Strong understanding of mortgage market trends.
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
