An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Manager to support our established and high performing Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division.Based in Melbourne this position is responsible for maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products within an assigned territory.Your responsibilities include (and not limited to):Completing low voltage, high voltage and CRT product certificationAchieving sales targets and increasing market share for assigned territoryActively implementing and executing on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales trainingUtilising available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planningDeveloping relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networksSupporting implantation, post-operative and clinics of pacemakers, defibrillators & CRT devices within your territoryManaging your consignment stockMaintaining up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programsAssisting with product marketing and launches.Providing market feedback on product and competitor activity.Who we're looking for:Tertiary qualifications in biomedical, medical science or related fieldExperience in Coronary Care Nursing or as a Cardiac Technician is highly consideredExperience in an identical role within CRM is highly advantageous, however, solid territory management (sales) experience in medical sales in general will be consideredIBHRE Certification preferredProven track record in delivering sales targets in a complex, solution selling environmentGood understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external expertsExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; be customer focused and empatheticConcisely and clearly communicate with the ability to articulate technical/clinical informationDue to the inherent requirements of the role, the preferred candidate must provide evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination before the commencement date and maintain a fully vaccinated status for the period of employment.What we offer you!Discounted Shares programWellness ProgramsProfessional and Personal development opportunitiesBeing part of an organisation reputed to be a World's Top Employer recognised for our workplace culture that values healthy living, diversity and equal opportunityAbbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life.
