About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of the agency, ensuring seamless daily operations, compliance, and business efficiency. You’ll work closely with the director to optimise processes, manage key administrative functions, and provide high-level support to the team.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
2. Develop and implement systems to improve agency productivity and compliance
3. Lead and support administrative staff, fostering a high-performance culture
4. Manage HR functions, including onboarding, and staff development
5. Oversee financial processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
7. Manage office infrastructure, IT systems, and real estate software
8. Work alongside the director to drive business strategy and operational improvements
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, or similar leadership role in real estate
2. Strong understanding of real estate compliance, procedures, and industry software
3. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills
4. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting
5. Ability to develop and implement systems that improve efficiency
6. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to business operations
