In this hands-on role, you'll support our Australian venues, assisting with key reporting, reconciliations, and financial processes.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll work closely with various teams to ensure smooth financial operations.If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for learning, this is your chance to grow your career with the world's leading live entertainment company!Key Responsibilities:Prepare BAS reports and assist with monthly tax compliance.Support the Financial Accountant with monthly stock take reconciliations.Review and verify coding of venue credit card transactions.Assist with monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations.Contribute to monthly and quarterly financial reporting commitments for the APAC region.Manage debtor invoice requests and follow up as required.Assist with ad-hoc reporting and tasks assigned by the Financial Controller and Finance Director.Required Skills and Experience:Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams across the business.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Basic understanding of accounting principles (some experience with reconciliations or reporting is a plus!
