About the company Market leader in a range of specialised products into the lucrative bakery/patisserie arena this business has weathered the test of time owned within the same family for over 40 years. With a t/o of over $20m, employing 30 staff and a distribution network in SEQ, the business is poised for significant growth through a recent move to new purpose-built premises and investment in technology.
About the role Broad leadership role in a hands-on business responsible for technology, efficiency, developing staff, reporting, business planning and being a senior level contributor to growth.
Responsibilities
* Managing the accounting function including AR/AP payroll, cash flow forecasts, monthly reporting, budgets and business planning
* Stakeholder management including banking and insurance relationships
* Managing technology including an oversight of the current new ERP rollout
* Being a contributor across the leadership team and a mentoring peer, and 2IC
* Upgrade and implementation of policies, systems and procedures
* Property and facilities management
Skills & experience You will have an appropriate qualification but be looking for a broad role to apply your leadership and development skills in an environment where people wear more than 1 hat.
Experience in ERP implementation and management, professional and small business environments and the ability to take a strategic view to influence increased efficiency, customer service and profit are all sought.
