Maintenance Execution Specialist - ProcessingThis opportunity is a position based at Newman Operations working on a 5/2 or flexible roster pending discussion with the line leader.Reporting to the Superintendent Processing Services, you will be coordinating work management activities for the Newman operations Processing Production team to support the scheduling and delivery of planned and unplanned work.Main ResponsibilitiesLiaise with Supervisors for labour and equipment accessWork order creation and approval for breakdowns and partsReview pre-read scheduleAttend meetings with MECoE and support planned work validation with MECoE plannerReview and approve notificationsCoordinate OCETs for off contract vendorsPrioritise and plan work backlogMonitor labour requirements in consultation with the SupervisorReschedule tasks in current week window and bring forward opportune workPurchase inventory including stock transfers and parts follow upRaise, monitor and track purchase orders for resources, equipment and goodsExpedite/urgent freight partsTimesheet approvalsWork with contractors to enter time confirmations, notifications and scan completed inspectionsAbout YouDemonstrated commitment to safety and ensuring all work practices are reflective of our Charter ValuesDemonstrated working knowledge of maintenance management in SAP and advanced SAP skillsExperience with mobile machinery such as loaders, excavators, watercarts, etc. desirable but not essentialC Class Driver's LicenseStrong computer skills – using Microsoft Office suite, SAP, Excel
