Job Description
The Principal Advisor, Organisational Change reports to the Manager, Change Management and is responsible for providing overarching governance for individual change, actively engaging with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and input into the future direction of the organisation.
This role will provide implementation and integration advice on the organisation reform agenda to ensure achievement of the agenda's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering change management, communication and engagement strategies within a large-scale project/program environment.
* Providing high level knowledge of contemporary and best practice change management frameworks and methodologies.
* Understanding and analysing operating processes and systems in a complex, multi-site organisation, and in an industrially sensitive environment.
* Delivering transformation initiatives across a large and complex public sector organisation.
* Negotiating with and influencing others on sensitive and complex issues.
Requirements
* Industry-recognised qualifications or certification in change management.
* Formal qualifications in business (or a related discipline), human resource management or project management.
* Able to travel as required.
