The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Slade Pharmacy Mt Kuring-Gai team. Based at our office in Mt Kuring-Gai, you will provide a remote (non-patient facing) pharmacy service to oncology patients across NSW and work closely with our hospital partners. The role is initially offered as a 12-month contract to cover a period of leave

Key responsibilities:
23. Coordinate and organise the supply of chemotherapy for oncology inpatients and day oncology unit patients within our clinics
24. Develop and utilise your clinical skills to improve the outcome for cancer patients
25. Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
26. Record clinical interventions
27. Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams
28. Educate staff of Slade Pharmacy
29. Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products

About you:
As an AHPRA registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years of Australian based pharmacy experience, you will have a team orientated attitude, a focus on delivering exceptional service and care to patients, and the ability to manage your own workload with good communication skills to effectively liaise with a wide range of health professionals. You will be highly driven and have high attention to detail and a passion for building on your clinical skills and knowledge.
