• Prepare job offer letter • Continuous Improvement: Find bottlenecks in the onboarding process and make suggestions to improve speed and quality of the candidate’s experience • Manage and maintain the Recruitment, Medical and PPE Tracker • Adopt the Business Partner Model of quality, trust and accountability • Daily communication to Client Services/ Client Development team on onboarding progress • Daily communication to onboarding Brunellers • Organise candidates’ documents (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases • Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, site access, training verification, flights and accommodation • Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately • Liaise and maintain relationships with all service providers that form part of the onboarding ecosystem • Maintain and build close relationships with candidates and client contacts • Assist in the identification of strategies to improve overall efficiencies of the team
