What you’ll be doing:
* Customer service
* Creating rosters
* Stock ordering and management
* Leading the store during a shift
* Training and coaching
* Maintaining food safety standards
* Cash control and budgets
* Staff management
* Safety and security
* Recruitment and hiring
* Ensure that all operations of the company are running smoothly
* Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
* Determining product mix & Stock levels control including stock counts and stock orders
* Cash Control including bank deposits and keeping records of financial transactions
* Setting and controlling service standards
* In charge of marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
* Formulating and implementing purchasing policies, and setting prices
* Liaising with suppliers, vendors etc
* Liaising with internal Accounts department and external accountants
* Setting budgets for the business & Updating retail price with increase wage cost.
* Statutory compliances & Ensuring compliance with OH&S
* Other duties required to run the business
