How you will be assessed You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool, including ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes, primarily request and incident management Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Onedrive, Teams etc.) and the ability to provide customer support for contemporary Windows operating systems Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions Experience in delivering high quality customer service and providing front line support Effective problem solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in a highly focused customer service environment Specific Working Conditions: The ability to work extended and/or rotating shifts (24x7) as required is a condition of employment. Appropriate remuneration under the relevant award will apply. The ability to participate in on-call arrangements required is a condition of employment. Role includes a combination of office-based and remote work, Flexible Working Arrangements will be introduced once training and probation has been complete.
