Property and Facilities Full-time, permanent position based out our St Lucia campus Base salary will be in the range $89,861.38 - $96,402.32 17% Superannuation (HEW 6) About This Opportunity The Commercial Coordinator will support the Property Managers and Associate Director in the growth and innovation of our commercial business portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to support and coordinate strategic business initiatives including 3rd line revenue as well as the expansion of our market presence with food and beverage retailers on campus. You will be part of a supportive team of property and commercial professionals where you can grow your skills and knowledge while collaborating on exciting projects. Key responsibilities include: Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase revenue and explore new opportunities. Review and manage rental reviews, market reviews of tenants and assist in collection of valuations. Coordinate and monitor all commercial legal matters to ensure matters in consultation with the Property Managers & Legal Team. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring various financial reports including, collecting tenant sales data to meet financial targets Identify high-value advertising locations on and off campus to drive third-line revenue outcomes. Collaborate with advertising and vending partners to seek new opportunities. Create and manage tailored content for retail clients to support their advertising efforts. A proven track record in supporting business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence. You should also have demonstrated experience in creating and managing engaging content for retailers, including promotional materials. Additionally, the role requires a highly organised individual capable of meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks efficiently.
