About the Role As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our customers. You will be a part of our scheduling team to meet our customers' needs, provide consistent support from familiar staff, and ensure that our Support Workers receive schedules that align with their availability and skillset. Our scheduling team operates throughout the week, Monday to Sunday, with shifts ranging from 6 am to 8 pm. This rotational schedule maximises coverage to accommodate all service requests and staff leave while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Managing our customer ongoing roster, ensuring it is filled and published weekly. Effectively managing all support worker leave, both planned and unplanned, to ensure uninterrupted customer support. Participating in timesheet management tasks. Timely management of short-notice service requests. Clear and efficient communication with support workers and customers regarding any amendments to their services. About You In addition to your passion for supporting others and helping vulnerable individuals reach their full potential, you should possess demonstrated experience and knowledge of scheduling within a dynamic, fast-paced, and system-focused environment. Your problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions will be highly valued. Your Availability You will participate in a rotational roster from Monday to Sunday, covering early morning, day, and afternoon shifts to meet our service times.
