About Them
This large Australian organisation has a significant operational workforce and requires an HR Advisor to support the HR team for 7 months in delivering workforce initiatives.
The Role
You will provide support to HR Business Partners involved in EBA projects and Workday rollouts across the organisation.
* Provide HR advice on organisational policy and procedures
* Interpret and advise on EBA queries
* Conduct investigations and case management
* Prepare documentation and ensure compliance
This role involves travel to different sites in the Hunter/Central coast regions, which will be reimbursed.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
1. Solid experience in HR Advisory roles, including EBA interpretation and Employment Relations, preferably from an operational organisation
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide advice and guidance to employees and managers
3. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
4. A valid Driver's License and your own car
