This position will be for a relief building manager who can travel around Sydney to assist with various properties as needed. As the Building Manager you will be responsible for the everyday management of a residential site, while also being the main go-to support for tenants and owners You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated administration team to keep things running. Advertising and leasing our modern, stylish apartments. Organising inspections and maintenance Facilities management and supervision of contractors to ensure a high standard of work and accountability Acting as the first point of contact for all tenants/owners, offering a quality service, and resolution of issues in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner. The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Building Manager will have/be: Must have min 18months leasing experience and a good understanding of Building/Facilities management You must hold a Class 2 Real Estate Agent's Licence.
