About our Opportunity
Our brand new showroom has an immediate opportunity for an energetic and ambitious consultative sales person to join our Nowra team. This role will work alongside our Nowra Sales Rep and our Service Technicians.
You will manage the overall operation of the Nowra showroom, be the first point of contact for any visitors with window and door product enquiries, offering assistance and providing technical product advice to potential and existing customers from builders, trades, and residential customers. Confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport with anyone who walks into our showroom, you will be at ease in your consultative approach to developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* liaise with customers face to face, over the phone, and via email
* plan take offs, estimating and preparing quotations
* servicing customer quote and order enquiries
* delivering to sales targets and service model
* updating leads progress in CRM
* related sales administration
About You
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has experience selling window and door products, at a minimum selling products in a customer-facing role in a consultative selling environment. You must enjoy interacting with customers to understand their needs and present them with solutions, and have the self-confidence and maturity to build working relationships. You need to be someone who enjoys working autonomously as the rest of the team will be out on the road majority of the time.
You will have:
* previous exposure or ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP
* excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
* desire and ability to develop technical product, industry, and standards knowledge
* ability to commit to a full-time role Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4pm
