We’re hiring for a Global Executive Researcher to work in our Executive Talent Acquisition team.
Purpose of the Role
The Global Executive Researcher will be an integral part of the Executive Talent Acquisition Team, primarily responsible for researching and identifying potential candidates for C-suite roles across the organisation. This role involves in-depth market research, creating candidate longlists, and contributing to talent intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilise various platforms, including aggregators and LinkedIn, to conduct thorough market research and mapping.
2. Identify and approach potential candidates for executive-level roles and develop market maps for key positions, contributing to the overall talent intelligence strategy.
3. Collaborate closely with Global Executive Search Consultants to understand project briefs.
4. Create comprehensive longlists of qualified candidates for specific executive search projects.
5. Make initial approaches to candidates, presenting the company in the best light and generating interest in joining the dentsu executive team.
6. Leveraging internal data and external tools to gather market insights for tactical and strategic talent initiatives
7. Assisting in the development of market insights reports to assist in executive hiring decision making.
8. Demonstrate strong learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic recruitment environment.
9. Prioritise organisation and efficiency in managing multiple search projects.
Qualifications + Skills
10. Previous experience in executive search projects, either in an executive search firm (ideally retained) or an internal recruitment setting.
11. Experience of working on c-suite mandates across different markets globally.
12. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with senior stakeholder and candidates alike.
13. Excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
14. Ability to work collaboratively with global colleagues and stakeholders.
15. Strong learning agility and adaptability.
16. Business level Japanese an added plus
