The Education Coordinator is responsible for providing administration support to the Senior Education & Artistry Manager and field-based Education Managers.This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.Key responsibilities include:Provide administration support to the Senior Education & Artistry Manager including but not limited to: event coordination, travel organisation, send outs, budgeting, data analytics / entry.Prepare PowerPoint presentations for conferences: internal training, internal meetings, regional training, overseas visitors, event presentations and other conferences.Assist in logistics, agenda preparation and travel bookings for International Visitors.Update & maintain New Hire induction book with all current product information, brand guidelines & expectations.Assist with monthly RM calls.Manage gratis which includes send outs for both brands, linked to E-learning modules and budget management.Order and coordinate distribution of training supplies as needed (e.g.: product nil charges, brushes, and any other ad hoc tools required).Prepare travel & accommodation arrangements for artists as required.Maintain education updates on Retail on the Move (ROTM).Timely ordering and delivery confirmation of nil charges.Maintain all training-related spreadsheets with updated information during fiscal including Staff Turnover Reports, store distribution list, and length of service.Evenly distribute and post training samples.Timely process invoices following finance department guidelines.Work within Training department budgets and inform the National Education Manager of any irregularities, including monthly review of transaction listings.Event manage all in-person related conferences / trainings and follow through to ensure all conference activities are booked & confirmed prior to the conference.Assist with other general tasks as required by the Management Team on request.Maintenance of training areas including cupboards, compile & warehouse ensuring stock management of training kits, cleanliness & organization.Ability to conduct makeup applications where required.Work with the creative department to ensure timely briefs, delivery, execution, and cost for all education / brand initiatives as requested.Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:Office-based position.May be required to travel (related to conferences).Some manual handling regarding lifting, handling and movement of training materials.Qualifications:Previous clerical / administration office-based position (minimum 2 years).Excellent organisational and planning skills.Person Specifications:Stay composed, positive, and unflappable even in trying moments.Works with others towards shared goals.Smoothly handles multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change.Team Player - enthusiastic participation, flexibility, helpfulness, and cooperation.Organised and careful in work.Builds trust through reliability and authenticity.Attentive to emotional cues and listens well.Anticipates, recognises and meets customers’ needs.Handles difficult and tense situations with diplomacy and tact.Builds rapport and keeps others in the loop.Promotes a friendly, cooperative climate.At The Estée Lauder Companies, we believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
