$40.32 per hour (includes Casual Loading) plus 11.5% superannuation

The role
We are currently seeking passionate Learn to Swim Instructors to join our Leisure Centres through Latrobe City.
As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you make an impact assisting children and adults with skills and confidence in and around water and to learn an essential skill that gives life-long fun, exercise, and the opportunity to try other water-based activities. You will plan, develop, prepare, and conduct swimming lessons to meet the needs of the participants and Latrobe Leisure’s Guidelines.
We currently have availability for instructors to work across our three leisure centres Moe/Newborough, Churchill and Morwell and have shifts across a variety of days and hours.

About you
This position is perfect for those people looking to make a little extra money each week.
We are currently seeking Learn to Swim Instructors with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and to effectively communicate with to our customers. You will have a proven understanding of presenting a water safety program and have the ability to adapt lessons plans as required for the class level and time.
You will need:
* Current AUSTSWIM, LSV Swim Teacher or Swimming Australia Certificate including CPR
* Level 2 First Aid Certificate
* Learn to Swim Instructors must be 16 years of age or older
Successful applicants are required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
