Advisor - eLearning Human Resources and Training Mount Isa, Queensland, Australia Full Time Residential Role
Ref. No. 102310 We are currently seeking an eLearning Advisor to join our Human Resources & Training Department. Reporting to the Training Superintendent – MIM HR & Training, this role will be responsible for the development, design, maintenance and project management of all eLearning resources across our Queensland Metals Operations.
This position works an attractive 5/2, 4/3 nine-day fortnight, promoting a healthy work-life balance and involvement in the local community. The selected candidate for the Mount Isa position will receive assistance with relocation and initial housing support.
Your key responsibilities include: Implementation of eLearning Governance across Queensland MetalsDevelop, design and maintain eLearning resources using contemporary learning principles and toolsProject management of all Internal and external module buildsApplying instructional design skills and adult learning principles to develop storyboards and interactives suitable for our workforceGathering and manipulating digital media for use in modules (photography/film/graphics)Development of voice over (VO) scripting, record and edit VOUploading and testing of modules in LMS environmentsDevelopment and implementation of training programs to meet health and safety regulations and company policies and guidelinesIdentify and coordinate professional development opportunities for our Training TeamsIncrease awareness, user experience, promotion and usage analysis within our Corporate online learning platformThe selected candidates will have: Experience or qualifications in eLearning, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field are held in high regardAbility to build, develop and positively influence customer and external provider relationshipsHigh precision in attending to details and robust follow-up proficienciesFamiliarity with eLearning platforms, such as SuccessFactors Learning and CornerstoneSkills and experience in authoring tool such as Lectora, Rise 360, Storyline or similarSkills and experience in graphic design and multimedia skills using Adobe program suitePhotography and videography skills/experienceAble to navigate transitions effectively and accomplish tasks in complex environmentsCapable of autonomously coordinating various projects to meet deadlines and adhere to budget constraintsProficiency in MS Office Suite - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OutlookAs always, internal applicants interested in this position are encouraged to apply.
