Job Description Key responsibilities include: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Manage on-boarding for new hires, including arranging medicals, booking inductions and collecting relevant documentation.
Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
Ensure systems and data remain up to date through administrative duties.
Adhoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, team members and hiring managers.
Knowledge of mining or heavy industries (desirable however not essential)
