Sam Eyles Refrigeration is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in Darwin, NT 0800 .
This full-time role is essential in supporting the smooth running of our office and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general office administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone.
Assist the Service manager to schedule and coordinate jobs for the team.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer information.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the office.
What we're looking for
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software.
SimpPRO familiarity not essential but highly desirable.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
