About the Role Due to our company's continued growth, we are currently recruiting Disability Support Workers to join our team. While we have successfully hired many qualified individuals, we are looking to fill additional hours and are seeking dedicated professionals to support our participants.
Disability Support Workers play a vital role in delivering crucial services to individuals funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ultimately enhancing the quality of life for those with disabilities.
Candidates must possess the ability to engage with complex participants exhibiting behaviours of concern. At this time, only individuals with relevant experience will be considered.
As a Disability Support Worker, your responsibilities will vary based on the specific needs of the participants but may include the following tasks:
