The Role of Sales Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Principal in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Prepare contracts and other documentation for sales transactions
* Organize photography, building and pest inspections, and valuations as required
* Manage marketing campaigns and social media presence
* Develop listing presentations and appraisal proposals
* Provide general administration and support duties
* Manage email and diary systems
* Maintain accurate database records

Requirements
* Certificate of Registration (QLD) and valid driver's license
* Previous experience in the real estate industry
