About the opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Business Development professional to grow and enhance our Milwaukee business and customer base within the construction sector. You will be charged with your own territory across Perth to convert strategic users to the Milwaukee brand.
Responsibilities:
* Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets.
* Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry.
* Maintain consistent and open communication with the Area Sales Management team.
* Develop a positive personal business relationship with all customers.
* Drive in-field conversions, trialing of new products and increasing brand awareness.
About you:
* Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a "hunter" mentality.
* Field Sales or End User sales experience.
* High level of autonomy - must be highly organised and self-motivated.
* Trade background/ Hands-on experience with tools is desirable.
* Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Full driver's license with excellent driving record.
* Willingness to travel (approximately 2 nights every 6 weeks).
