Job Overview and Responsibilities:
We are seeking multiple Sales Representatives specialising in B2B sales of power intelligence, automation and renewable energy solutions, with a focus on outbound sales and new client acquisition. This role is critical to driving PAEP's growth in the Australian market, targeting customers in the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving Sales Targets: Actively drive sales efforts to meet and exceed annual sales and revenue goals.
* Business Development: Identify and engage mid-to-large-scale energy consumers, focusing on their needs in main grid, microgrid and large-scale renewable energy projects.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients, understand their energy objectives, and provide customised solutions.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, including market research, lead generation, contract negotiation and deal closure.
* Market Insights: Analyse industry trends, provide feedback on customer needs and competitor strategies.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and excellent customer experiences.
Job Requirements:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation or Power Systems-related fields.
* Industry Experience: 3 years of experience in the power or renewable energy industry, especially in main grid solutions, microgrids or renewable energy projects.
* Sales Skills: Proven B2B sales experience, particularly in outbound or solution-based sales, with a strong track record of outstanding sales performance.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with power intelligence and automation systems, smart microgrids and renewable energy technologies.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical solutions and commercial value.
* Team Collaboration: Ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
* Travel Willingness: Flexibility to travel across Australian states to support business growth.
