We do this by providing a range of face to face and online courses as well as ongoing mentoring from external experts.DutiesSupport Isaac to learn to prepare meals, do household chores, and complete bedtime and morning routines.Support Isaac to develop his communication skills by using alternative communication methods as he doesn't use speech to communicate.Attend meetings to plan and implement ideas for building Isaac's good lifeSupport Isaac to participate in social gatherings and recreational activities in the community.Support Isaac to know people and build friendshipsUse our online portals to complete timesheets, shift reports and collation of dataYour working hours and availabilityWe are looking for someone who would like to work around 10 - 15 hours per week and be available for more hours when they arise.You MUST be available to work inactive overnight shifts and daytime shifts any day of the week.This flexibility in availability allows team members to cover each other if someone is ill or would like to take some leave.PayPay Rate (depends on qualifications and experience) starting at Casual SCHADS Level 2.1 hour ($41.76 per hour casual ordinary rate) + allowances + superannuation.
