How You'll Make a Difference In this exciting and challenging role, you will provide a full range of administrative support to the CEO. Your core responsibilities as Executive Assistant will include: Producing documentation Calendar management Monitoring and prioritising correspondence Monitoring required actions from meetings Maintaining registers Preparing agendas and minutes Creating presentations and general reporting You will be an integral part of the leadership support team, working closely with key decision-makers and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, whilst professionally navigating a politically sensitive environment. A high level of confidentiality, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. A qualification in business administration or similar or substantial relevant industry experience. Previous experience in providing executive support to senior management, gained in a Local Government environment will be highly regarded but is not essential. Experience working with Senior Executives, Councils, Boards or similar structures. Strong experience in customer service. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Current Driver Licence is required.
