About the role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with strong industry contacts to join our team in a one year contract role. The ideal candidate will be required to adapt to a fast-paced environment and lead the end-to-end recruitment of a diverse range of mid-level roles to senior level roles for our media agencies. Key responsibilities: End to end recruitment for open roles within the Publicis Groupe ANZ. Deliver exceptional internal stakeholder and candidate experiences. Develop a strong knowledge of Publicis Groupe ANZ and each of the brands within. Communicate Publicis Groupe ANZ and brand EVP's in a credible and compelling manner. Assist in helping the Publicis Groupe become an employer of choice within the Australian market. Help build our candidate database and talent pipelines for key roles/markets. Work effectively with our recruiting tools and processes. Qualifications: 5+ years of talent acquisition experience (agency or ideally in-house) focused on permanent roles. Recruiting within a media or creative or digital or PR agency space ideally, at mid-level. Candidates with media agency experience are preferred. Proven experience filling mid-level agency roles. Proven track record in recruiting for a high volume of roles. Proven track record identifying, approaching, and converting passive candidates. Advanced LinkedIn recruiter familiarity and experience working with ATS systems. Excellent knowledge of talent acquisition top practice and the aptitude to use this to consult with stakeholders and develop effective attraction strategies. An understanding of employment law, including Employment Awards, the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards, with the knowledge of how to apply this knowledge to talent acquisition. A natural aptitude to engage people. Professionalism, attention to detail, strong follow up, time management, highly effective communication and problem resolution techniques. Approachable, tactful, discrete, and diplomatic, comfortable having difficult conversations. Excellent team player, able to display a flexible and creative approach to work environments.
