Description The Multi-Domain Solutions Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support a client’s requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Alice Springs Australia area. The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.Primary Responsibilities:Oversees the 24x7 Tier 2 staff support team that provides 24x7 operations and maintenance support to mission systems and day staff providing support to enterprise IT systemsManages all aspects of the maintenance team to ensure appropriate assignment of work tasks, responsibilities, and authority levelEnsures maintenance policies and procedures are established and followedPlans and de-conflicts staffing requirementsDevelops and expands a highly skilled staff to improve core competenciesPractices and instills the use of Continuous Service ImprovementMentors personnel and implements diversity of thought and diversification of personnel to build an organization capable of sustained growthInteracts with customers to handle service inquiries and problems.Examines customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to initiate a repair, a return or service the product in the fieldCompletes weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as requiredBasic Qualifications:To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed belowTS/SCI with Polygraph is required and ability to pass a medical and psychological exam as approved by the CustomerRequires a BA/BS degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience, or a Masters degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent work experience.Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.Experience in a 24x7 operations environmentAbility to develop solutions to complex problems that require the regular use if ingenuity and innovationStrong teamwork skills - the ability to interact productively with end users, contract partners, and customers in a diverse team settingExperience leading a team with diverse skill setsExperience in hardware maintenanceExperience in preparing customer and/or management level briefingsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentExcellent communication skills and people skills with both technical and non-technical people are essential to the success of this positionPreferred Qualifications:Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:Familiarity with site and customer missionFamiliarity with national systems missions and conceptsContinuous service improvement or process improvement experienceOriginal Posting Date:2024-11-11While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
