What this opportunity involves:
JLL are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work onsite with one of our government accounts in Canberra, supporting the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) contract. This role will assist the onsite staff with operational activities by providing customer related support and service to enable onsite delivery staff to effectively delivery facility management services. The Facilities Coordinator will also provide broad level administrative support to the site team including procurement and vendor support, finance, health and safety, and site operations support.
You will be joining a dynamic team, passionate about delivering innovative integrated facility and property management solutions, enabling safe, efficient, functional, and sustainable practices.
Snapshot of the role:
* Deliver superior customer service and manage vendor performance
* Assist in procurement, financial processes, and consumables management
* Oversee site cleanliness and organize specialty cleaning as needed
* Provide administrative support for security clearances and safety audits
* Assist in safety procedures and property risk management
* Ensure proper HSE documentation review and storage
* Participate in business continuity plans and follow reporting procedures
* Adhere to JLL's business conduct guidelines and strategies

* Worked in a dynamic environment with basic understanding of facilities management
* Good computer skills in Microsoft Suite programs
* Previous experience in general Facilities administration and coordination
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
