Charter Keck Cramer is seeking a part time Accounts Receivable Officer to join its Finance team in Melbourne.
This position is required to work 4-5 days per week, 4-5 hours per day (flexible hours) and is responsible for providing timely and accurate receivables management of inbound payments, including collection of overdue client payments.Core Responsibilities:Receipting client payments and investigation as requiredManagement of debt collections including client communicationPreparation of daily bank reconciliationReconciliation of client accounts and resolution of discrepanciesProvision of accounts receivable reportingContribution to process improvements including system updatesOverflow support for end of month activities as requiredPosition Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable position, preferably within professional servicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet deadlines and manage expectationsStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build stakeholder relationshipsNetsuite experience beneficialThis position provides an excellent opportunity to work autonomously within a small team, in a professional and inclusive environment.
