**What’s the role?**
The Digital Strategist supports and leads strategic responses for clients and proactive pitches across the three NCA content agencies (Suddenly, Storyation, MRCA).
This is a pivotal role in driving the digital innovation, best practice channel implementation and strategic direction for both new and retainer clients across the agencies. It requires a deep understanding of content marketing channels, a strategic mindset, and the ability to guide teams in creating audience-centric strategies to enhance client success.
Collaborating closely with various channel, commercial and content experts across the business, this role will help our strategies and execution stay focused on the digital needs of our clients. This role will be responsible for delivering SEO-led responses, driving digital innovation and upskilling teams across the business on digital best practice. For this, the person needs an in-depth understanding of digital touchpoints, and the ability to synthesise data from various platforms and generate actionable insights.

**Who are you?**
+ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines for many concurrent projects.
+ Proven experience in branded content and audience-led digital content strategies.
+ Understanding of various platforms and channels and the ability to shape content to specific channels.
+ Seasoned editorial eye and the ability to generate engaging content ideas across a range of topics.
+ Experience with clients or stakeholder management.
+ Deep knowledge of various marketing channels and their impact on audience engagement.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
